*Duties:*
* Deliver high quality, service users focussed care
* Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
* Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
* Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
*Shift Pattern:*
* 37.5 hours per week
* Day shifts - 07:30 am - 20:00 pm
* Night shifts - 19:30 pm - 08:00 am
*Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:*
* Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing
* NMC registration
* Previous UK mental health nursing experience
